Approve the government's plan and strategy by studying the la ws that will enable it to be implemented quickly. Monitoring   performance and strengthening the executive capacity of the woredas and kebele councils at all levels to provide the necessary support to enable them to perform their duties efficiently and ensure the full benefit of the people of the region.
